    Dr RamaKrishna Puligandla

    Dr Ramakrishna Puligandla is a Professor Emeritus at the Univ of Toledo , and after a long and distinguished career in both Physics and Philosophy, with a PhD from Rice University, he is an authority comfortable in both worlds. He was born in pre independence India and came to the US after his electrical engineering degree to pursue further studies. In the intervening four plus decades, he’d had a lot of experience and wisdom, and many achievements.
