Come, Share My Dream World
“From the unicellular green algae in the depth of the primordial soup, we traversed to the peak, but, ……….”
A world, that is free of ego, is my world, my dream world,
Where, my joy is yours and your pain is mine, naturally!
From the unicellular green algae [i] in the depth of the primordial soup [ii],
Through the multi-celled, fish, amphibians, mammals, to the species Homos [iii],
We traversed the timeline of creation to reach the peak where we are;
And on our way to coronation, annihilated a myriad of foes, barring one!
A world, that is free of ego, is my world, my dream world,
Where, my joy is yours and your pain is mine, naturally!
The pilgrimage was long and tiring akin to the Ksheersagar Manthan [iv],
We had won many prize-catches while churning the sea of evolution!
Such as the mind, the consciousness, the intellect,
The skills to control the environs, everything, sans any glitch! Except one!
A world, that is free of ego, is my world, my dream world,
Where, my joy is yours and your pain is mine, naturally!
During the tryst with our destiny, we opt to drink our share of ‘Halaahala [v]’,
That is, we chose Hara the destroyer in lieu of Shiva the creator, the redeemer!
Ergo, the ego, the poison, the monstrous virus oozed into our system! And,
On reaching the apex of the pyramid [vi], we began questioning the Creator!
A world, that is free of ego, is my world, my dream world,
Where, my joy is yours and your pain is mine, naturally!
Ego has a cache of fearsome weapons; arrogance & conceit to intoxicate us;
Lust, desire, & avarice to make us sleepless all thro’ the life; anger & fury help us
Sever the umbilical chords linking us here and beyond to make us all self-blind!
Envy & rivalry are there at the end, to send us down into the cultural pit!
A world, that is free of ego, is my world, my dream world,
Where, my joy is yours and your pain is mine, naturally!
Let us shatter the shackles of ego, toss away the ego-fences between us,
And fuse unto each other in an ultimate Bliss, sans any pain, joy & grief!
Come, share my dream world to make it glow ‘Sathyam, Sivam, Sundaram’
As we unite inseparably with the Cosmic Consciousness, the Absolute Truth!
[i] Blue-green algae were supposed to be the first unicellular life form.
[ii] It was the virgin sea, in which the first organism was appeared. It was altogether different from the present oceans as far as the chemical composition was concerned.
[iii] Homo Sapiens or human beings
[iv] Churning of Milky Sea, where Lord Maha Vishnu resides.
It is a symbolic story depicted in the Hindu Scriptures to represent the spiritual endeavor of a person to achieve self-realization. Towards achieving this, one must control the mind (Churning of Kshera Saagara, the ocean of milk), through concentration (Mandhara, the mountain where the word Mandhara is made up of two words, Man (mind) + Dhara (line) which means holding the mind in one line. This is possible only by concentration). In the story, Mount Mandhara was supported by Lord Vishnu as a tortoise (Kurma). It symbolizes the withdrawal of the senses into oneself for concentration and contemplation. Desire (Vasuki, the Serpent), kept under strong control, and is to be used as a force to churn the mind that is in turmoil by the waves of thoughts. To guide the desire in such a way, it is necessary to harmonize both the positive and the negative energies (Devas and Asuras). When the mind is subjected to intense concentration, the first thing that comes out of the process is intense suffering and great inner turmoil. These must be resolved otherwise further progress is not possible. The Halahala poison symbolizes this suffering and pain. The Amrit symbolizes the ultimate achievement of the goal of self-realization and Lakshmi represents universal enrichment, which comes along with the internal self-realization or Amrita.
[v] A very potent poison.
[vi] The pyramid of creation where man is positioned on the top.

Beautiful lines. We need not wait for the Satya Yuga.We could start one ourselves.
Yes, an egoless World , at the moment seems like a dream but its a possibility-as you rightly point out the Ocean churning episode has a deeper meaning.
Every individual has to put in his/her effort in to the process of churning and its reassuring to know the infinite would always be there when most needed.
Warm regards

and we shall carefully sustain the dream and pass it along,
for more to make it their own dream too
till the precious moment of awakening
when it does not have to be a dream any more!
Regards. Partha

Thank you for that warm words of appreciation!
As I had mentioned in my response to Partha, if the dream turns real, "Then our mundane realm would be lifted many levels up in Divinity Scale! Let us hope and strive for it.", At any rate, as you have optimistically stated, it is not an impossibility.
Thanks again, and regards
Kartha
