    Most of us are familiar with the board game of Ludo. The game however, is a westernized, highly simplistic form of children’s Pachisi. Pachisi is a national game of India. The name comes from the Indian word "pachis" which means twenty-five, the highest score that could be thrown with the cowry shells.
