Do I have anything of My Own to offer YOU?

This is my Floral Offering at the lotus feet of the Creator of every entity from Atom to Atman

When I eulogize YOUR Glories, I forget that, The thoughts, the words, the voice are YOURS, not mine!

When I offer beautiful flowers to YOU, I forget that, They are all YOUR creations, I plucked them from YOUR garden!

When I offer money at YOUR feet, I forget that, YOU are the only owner of all the riches in this world!

When I torture my body with penance to please YOU, I forget that, It is YOUR temple, YOUR abode that I am abusing!

But, I do not extend my lust & desires to YOU to get rid of them, So as to clean my body, mind & spirit;

I do not extend my anger & fury to YOU to get rid of them, So as to clean my body, mind & spirit;

I do not extend my conceit & insanity to YOU to get rid of them, So as to clean my body, mind & spirit;

I do not extend my envy & rivalry to YOU to get rid of them, So as to clean my body, mind & spirit;

I do not extend my greed and avarice to YOU to get rid of them, So as to clean my body, mind & spirit;

I only offer YOU what I pretend to have, not what I honestly have!

Because, I am a naughty child, who wants to play in his Father’s lap,

But refuse to remove all muck, dirt & mess from his body, mind & spirit.
